The word trombone literally means "large trumpet". It's an instrument very popular among jazz musicians. Some trombones are also equipped with a slide mechanism. This is used to lower the pitch of the tone being played, thus adding versatility to the instrument.

Even though this piece looks ready to topple over because of the length of the trombone, we assure you that it won't. All our pieces are balanced perfectly so that they stay upright even on slightly unbalanced surfaces.
