The Saxophone (popularly known as sax) is a single-reed musical instrument belonging to the woodwind family. It is conical in shape and having a distinctive flared bell-shaped tip. Different notes are produced by depressing or releasing pads along the instrument's body.The Saxophone was first implemented in military bands. Not long after however, saxophones were being used in different musical genres like jazz, blues, classical, and popular music.
