Igor Sikorsky's creation has spawned a large array of helicopter models but none is as more familiar to the public as the bubbletop 2-seater. This popularity is due to the fact that many media organizations (TV most especially) prefer the all-around visibility afforded by this model. Our replica features the details of this favorite mode of air transportation - spark plugs depict the engines, wires and sheet metal form the cockpit and metal strips are used for the rotating blade and tail.
